this year we spent thanksgiving at my families house. we had a wonderful day with LOTS of yummy food! i love this day! i am very thankful.
at 4 am friday brady and i went to provo to shop with all the crazy black friday people. the lines were amazingly long but we had a good time and got everything we wanted.
later that afternoon we went and cut down our christmas tree. i grew up with fake trees so i really enjoy hiking in the snow and picking out my own tree. it was really funny to decorate this tree because it is so skinny that we had to put all the lights and ornaments near the center or else the branches would sag and everything would fall off! we had a good laugh. looks a little charlie brown dont you think?

How fun! When I was little we would always go do that. I miss having a real tree. Maybe when we get done with school and we have more time to do fun things like that, we'll go get our own.
I love Charlie Brown trees!!! (At least in other people's houses). I grew up with one every year, and so I love the fake tree. We need to come see your tree.
How awesome! Paul and I are going to do that tonight..well at least from a tree farm where you can still cut it down...we won't be able to hike through snow though which won't be as much fun!
it looks a lot better than ours!
